We are obligated to keep it secret controlled by Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Act.

No Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist shall divulge any confidential information that came to his/her knowledge in connection with matters involved in their business. The same shall apply when he/she has ceased to be a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist. |
| Article 22 （Penalty） |

(1) A person who has violated the provisions of Article 12 or Article 19-3 shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not more than one year or by a fine of not more than a million yen. |
